The AIdesignTEX initiative includes scientific internships at partner universities designed to improve researchers' competencies while promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation. This program facilitates personal involvement between researchers, educators, and students with leading specialists, provides experience in advanced laboratories, and promotes the exchange of best practices in textile technology and circular economy principles. 
Members of our team from the Faculty of Material Technology and Textile Design at Lodz University of Technology are currently participating in training courses at Ghent University, where the certification authority CERTEXBEL is located. Due to the training, our team members will be skilled both theoretically and practically for activities concerning sustainable design and textile recycling. Through collaboration and sharing knowledge, we are increasing our skill set to provide sustainable solutions in the textile sector via innovative research and development.
