We are pleased to announce that registrations are now open for the Joint Summer School "Circular Economy in Textile Production: Shifting Towards Sustainable and Regenerative Practices", which will take place on 15–19 June 2026 in Łódź, Poland.
The Summer School is free of charge and designed as an intensive, practice-oriented programme bringing together participants from different sectors.
Who can participate?
We invite:
- researchers and academic staff,
- representatives of textile and apparel companies,
- NGOs active in sustainability and circular economy,
- representatives of public institutions (e.g. city authorities, policy-makers),
- and other stakeholders interested in circular transformation of the textile sector.
What to expect?
Participants will gain practical knowledge and insights into:
- circular economy in textile production,
- sustainable and regenerative design approaches,
- new EU regulations (including Digital Product Passport),
- innovative tools supporting circular transition in industry.
The programme combines expert lectures, case studies, and interactive sessions with a strong focus on real-world applications and cross-sector collaboration.
