The document analyses the evolution of Lodz University of Technology’s institutional Gender Equality Plans (2022–2024 and 2025–2027), highlighting significant progress in monitoring, work– life balance support, recruitment transparency, and the introduction of a new scope on gender-based violence. 

It also provides an overview of the gender-equality frameworks at Ghent University, the University of Stavanger, and Universidad Católica de Ávila, demonstrating that all partners operate under different national, organisational, and maturity conditions. The report outlines how gender equality is integrated into AIdesignTEX activities, including governance, mobility, training, communication, and research design. Finally, it formulates recommendations for further strengthening gender equality within the consortium and ensuring alignment with Horizon Europe requirements. The document is intended to support continuous improvement, mutual learning, and the development of inclusive research environments across the AIdesignTEX partnership.
